Today’s Upload – Jodie’s First Deep Tissue Session (Patreon)

This one goes right back to where it all started for Jodie. She’s a personal trainer, so her body takes a lot of punishment day in and day out. This was her very first deep tissue session with me, and you can really see the difference as we work through the tight spots and get her used to the pressure.

Plenty of real reactions, some challenging moments, and a great look at how a first session usually unfolds when someone comes in for deep tissue work for the first time.
