Aloha Patrons!

Please join me Sunday for a Livestream of our Totally 80s Uke Jam - we made an awesome new chord chart packet, attached here for your convenience. :)  (look for the orange link below, click to download)

On Sunday, Ukulenny and I will gather with our SF Uke Jam community from 3-6pm at Pa'ina Lounge, our local Hawaiian restaurant and SF Uke Jam's home for the past 4 years.  Lenny and I lead songs with a small band onstage, and the whole roomful of uke players play and sing together from chord charts.  I know some local Patrons are coming - I'll call you guys out so you can meet each other!  Facebook event info here and join our SF Uke Jam fb group

Many of you are not local, so you can watch from my facebook page - we'll go live around 3:30pmish Pacific Time after the Open Mic.  I'm super excited about these songs!

All the brave and nervous people that opened the "show" are they intermediate players? WHAT a party you had it was so fun to watch - the smile on your face when you talk betweeen the songs is so warm and loving, makes me love the uke even more - thanks a lot :-)

Have to be on FB Steven, there are many good videos there - Ukulenney from different airports, Honoka and Azita from all around the world and my favorit teacher with videos now and then (but they usualy are on Patron too) allways a plesure watching those videos T Denmark.

Thorvald, you are right about that. But I bet most of those videos are also on YouTube. I've seen Ukulenny, Honoka & Azita and many others (and of course, Cynthia) on YT and that's enough for me. If an occasional video is FB only, I can skip it. I used to be on FB and really didn't like it--for reasons having nothing to do with the ukulele community.

Is it possible to get chord chart (fingering) with Baritone tuning. ( I really love the baritone sound)

You might want to check out Tyler's recent tutorial on converting guitar tabs to uke tabs. He creates some simple rules to do it and I suspect reversing some of those rules would work with modification because baritone tuning and guitar tuning are the same from what I've read (minus two strongs that the baritone uke doesn't have)

Or hell, maybe just look up some guitar tabs because I'm sure they already exist. The song was written for guitar after all

I absolutely LOVE the 80's Jam Chord Chart. It's a true gem and kept me far to distracted this week!! A special request.. It would be wonderful if you could list the songs you covered in the video in the description (after the fact of course). That way if I am trying to figure out a particular song a month or a year from now I don't have to watch the whole video again to determine if it was covered. Thanks!
