Did you know that our Community rocks???

let me take a moment here to say thank you to all of you for creating this supportive and joyful space full of aloha.  in the past few months, our Community has blossomed, through our facebook group and patron forum.  people have shared their own practice videos, advice on ukulele maintenance, pictures of patron meetings in real life(!!), and supported each other in their ukulele journeys.  you all are beautiful.

i want to give a big shoutout to our Community Managers Richard, Christina, Leah, and Jenny - they go above and beyond to nurture growth among our members, including creating this resource doc of all my tutorials and posts.  check it out, and give them a big virtual hug in the comments below. :)

Dorain Jacobs

Hope this isn't a dumb question. Is there a song list so we can have music printed out? I am still in the newbie range and don't have a lot of songs memorized. :)

Holly Soptick

Hi - I also was wondering that. But is this just a concert, or is it a jam as well?

Cynthia Lin

thanks for tuning in - so much fun!! was more concert than play-along, but you can certainly play along with the recording and re-live the good times. :)

Jon F

Thanks Cynthia & the Band, that was definitely fun. Loved watching you guys mess around between songs and then suddenly start playing such great music. It's also a fun learning experience watching and listening to each player/instrument in the band. The U-Bass is so cool. Thanks for your performance!

Vanessa Causley

Thanks for that Cynthia I sat up in bed playing along with you...what with all my music books Uke and IPad there was hardly any room for my husband!Hope there wasn't t a parking fine pinned on the car !

Lili

Desperado! Woot woot!

Jenny Selig

Congratulations again! Sorry I missed it, but I'm going to listen now!

Jenny Selig

Now posted in the Song Index: a listing of all the songs played so people can go back in and play along.

Mel Edwards

Sorry to be a complete donkey but where is the song index? Also has Cynthia done a tutorial/video on "Island Style'? TIA :)

Jenny Selig

Looks like Island Style appears in a couple of Intermediate Jam videos available to the $20 patrons. And some playthroughs (but not tutorials) for all patrons, including this one.
