Aloha Patrons!

Southern California friends and beyond, join me for a Concert & Strum-Along to celebrate the launch of my new CL Signature Uke from Ohana Ukuleles!  (and THANK YOU to everyone for pre-ordering and supporting the new Signature Ukulele!)

I am thrilled to perform at Island Bazaar, a well-loved ukulele store in Huntington Beach, California, and homebase for many ukulele groups, hosted by ukulele legend Shirley Orlando.  I'll share songs from Ukulele Days as well as original songs, with special guest Abe Lagrimas, Jr.  After the concert, I'll lead the crowd in a strum-along of songs from my Ukulele 101 Songbook (digital songbook comes with each ticket).

You can also check out the CL Signature Ukulele at the event, or pre-order to pick up at the event by calling Island Bazaar at 714-843-9350.  

Early access to tickets for Patrons

Patrons get the first opportunity to buy tickets before I announce them to the public - this post becomes public 2 days after Patrons receive it. Seats are limited, so grab tix sooner than later.

I am soo excited you are coming to Island Bazaar. Bought my uke there and started playing 4 weeks ago. Will you be playing there again sometime? Or is this my best chance of seeing you play live in H.B. for a while? Also, how long is the concert and how long is the play-along? LOVING your classes online.

hi lisa! mm, i think as long as he doesn't play too loudly, it should be fine, although i don't know what the protocol is at the shop. you could call them and ask. in my experience, guitars aren't always very welcome at uke jams because of their size and volume. tell him to try an uke! it's easy to adapt from guitar to uke.

hi gail! i'll also be at the LA Uke Fest in Torrance on 9/22, come to that! concert is 45 min and play-along is 45 min. not sure when i'll be back to HB, but given that the show sold out so quickly, i'm sure i'll be back again!

Thanks for responding! His guitar takes up half the trunk space anyway. :) I actually have two ukulele's so I will make him hold one of them. Looking forward to it!
