Aloha Patrons!

First, a reminder, I'm back tonight on Instagram Live (follow me @cynthialinmusic) with a special Holiday Edition of my 5@5 mini-concert series.  Join me shortly at 5pm Pacific time for 5 songs, and we'll kick it off with a holiday jam on Last Christmas, so bring your uke! (If you miss it, you can watch the replay for 24 hours after the livestream)

Patron discounts yay!

I've stocked my music shop with signed CDs and vinyl, and new items like kids Aloha t-shirts, Aloha baby onesies, and a special 5-CD collector's bundle.  As a thank you for your support of my teaching and my music, please enjoy the code "patronsrock" through 11/30 for 15% off all merch and music at the CL music shop!  The discount applies to digital music as well.

My letterpress card shop

Before ukulele was my main gig, I had a printmaking shop called Lucky 8 Letterpress and made hand-crafted paper goods.  I'm finally clearing out my letterpress studio and have posted the last of my stock on my Etsy shop.  I invite you to check out the shop, pick up some holiday cards and coasters, and help me clear the virtual shelves. :)  I'm currently offering free US shipping, and patrons can use the code PATRONSROCK for 20% off through 11/18 or click this link to apply the discount automatically.  Feel free to share this link with friends who like fancy paper goods and kitties!

Happy shopping, and hope to see you all online or in person on holiday tour!

xo cynthia.

Alison Gold

Hi there. This place for me to vent was the easiest, so here I go. I am very frustrated. I have been paying $3/month even though I have not been around for several months. Now, I am back, raring to go and I cannot easily find tutorials or chord charts from the last 6 months. When I go to the Patreon site, it is as though I am not known. I know that there was a change in the tutorials and there's now more of a direct play and little instructions, but I can't tell if that is the new norm or what. Will someone give me a Cliff-note version of what is up here? Thank you. Hope I've been articulate enough.

hey alison! you can find available chord charts and live lessons by using the tags. here are links: <a href="https://www.patreon.com/cynthialin/posts?tag=chord%20chart">https://www.patreon.com/cynthialin/posts?tag=chord%20chart</a> , <a href="https://www.patreon.com/cynthialin/posts?tag=live%20lesson">https://www.patreon.com/cynthialin/posts?tag=live%20lesson</a> . the current new norm is that i produce a more polished play-along video for the monthly vote-winning song, and then i release that live lesson to be accessible by all Patrons. i'm about to release American Pie, and working on Ain't No Sunshine. are you in the facebook group? that's a good way to get support from the community. thanks! i know this whole Patreon system can be confusing - i am constantly thinking of ways to simplify as the demands on my career change. open to all suggestions and feedback.
