Our Patron-voted Song for April 2019 is…2 songs! (Patreon)

{Patron-only post}

Aloha Patrons!

A warm welcome to the many new Patrons who've just joined us. Please see the bottom of this post for tips on joining our private facebook group (best place to get support and ask questions) and other Patron communities.

BONUS LESSON this month!

I will be offering 2 lessons this month: "Hotel California" by The Eagles, and "Don't Dream It's Over" by Crowded House.

Thanks to everyone who voted!  For our April 2019 Live Lesson tomorrow, I will teach "Don't Dream It's Over" by Crowded House.  Live Lessons are available for $5+ Patrons, and we'll go live Thursday, April 18 at 4:30PM Pacific Time.  If you'd like to change your pledge and join us, click here for help on editing your pledge.  I'll share the chord chart to $3+ Patrons after the Live Lesson.

"Hotel California" officially got the most votes in our April 2019 song poll - and because I just taught it in my Winter class series, several Patrons suggested that I could share the class lesson as a bonus lesson, and then teach another song so that those who took the class can still get a new lesson this month.  Thank you to Tim and others for the suggestion.  Later this month I will share the full "Hotel California" class lesson with all Patrons (it requires a bit of editing before it will be ready for sharing).

You can still comment in our April 2019 song poll with your song suggestions - I'll use them as inspiration for my 100 Days of Ukulele Songs project on instagram.  And be sure to upvote other people's comments as well, it helps me to see which songs you are interested in.

Hope to see you online for the Live Lesson!

xo cynthia.

About the Song of the Month

For each of our monthly song vote winners, I teach a Live Lesson for $5+ Patrons and post a Patron-only chord chart for $3+ Patrons. I then create a Patron-supported Play-Along to share on YouTube. Here's a playlist of recent Patron-supported Play-Along videos. The Live Lesson will be available for $5+ Patrons for the first month, and all Patrons will get access at the beginning of the following month. Click here to find all available Live Lessons.
