Aloha, Patrons!

The San Francisco Summer Uke Fest is an annual event that Ukulenny and I created, and this year we featured a festival flash mob. Our mob of festival-goers over 100 strong gathered at the Peace Pagoda in San Francisco's Japantown to play Bruno Mars' "Just the Way You Are." I'm excited to be able to share this video of our fun with all of you. Please like, share, and leave a comment!

Watch here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=otfzcF8LJoE

You can spy a number of Patrons in the video: Charissa, Wendy, Valerie, Connie, Chipper, Donna, Eric, I know Janice was there too. (Comment below if I missed you!). Big shoutout to Aaron + Kahai from Ukulele Underground for shooting and editing, and all the folks who shared their own videos!

You can also learn the song, play along, and create your own flash mob: http://bit.ly/SFUkeFestFlashMob

I hope you'll save the date for SF Uke Fest IV -- July 24-26, 2020. I'm giving Patrons lots of notice so that we can have a big Patron event at the festival! I will post more info as plans come into place. You can also get updates via the SF Uke Fest facebook page, the @sfukejam instagram channel, and at http://sfukefest.com

If you're in the SF Bay Area or want to visit, you can join us for our Holiday Jam on 12/7/2019 and our Beatles Jam on 3/28/2020. Info and ticket links at https://www.sfukefest.com/holiday-jam.

Comment below if you've attended the SF Uke Fest in past years and/or if you're planning to come next year!

Happy strumming!
