Aloha, Patrons!

First, what an awesome experience to jam online with over 2000+ uke friends in yesterday's Beatles Livestream. How beautiful to feel this connection across the world, in a time when we really need it. Much love to you all, and thank you for tuning in! Join us again next Saturday at the same time (3pm Pacific), we'll do Beatles Livestream Part 2!

"Dance Monkey" ukulele + U-bass collab

Today I'm very excited to share with you a new collab with my uke-brother Ukulenny! Be sure to put on headphones or plug into a speaker system so you can hear his awesome bass line. Who wants to learn this U-bass part? I can try to convince Lenny to teach another U-bass lesson for Patrons. :) Patrons at the $5+ tier can review his Intro to U-Bass Workshop.

Please enjoy a new Play-Along video for "Dance Monkey" by Tones & I, which was our Patron Live Lesson for February 2020.

Watch the YouTube Play-Along: https://youtu.be/C_jI0_EVOAI

Please take a moment to click through to YouTube, give it a thumbs up, leave a comment, and share. Thank you! Every like and comment helps to spread the word about my channel.

Download the Chord Chart: The free printable PDF for my arrangement of this song is attached, click the orange link at the bottom of the post. This arrangement is in the same key as the original, so you can use this chart to play along with it.

The full lesson for "Dance Monkey" is available for all Patrons. In the lesson, I walk through the various percussive rhythms I added to make the song more interesting as an uke arrangement.

If you're not yet a Patron, you can join at the $1/month tier to get access to a large archive of our Patron-only Live Lessons. For more info on the different tiers of membership, visit https://www.patreon.com/join/cynthialin.

Thanks for watching, commenting, listening, and I hope you enjoy strumming along with this one!
