Aloha, 100-Dayers!

This year’s 100 Days of Ukulele project, which started on February 22nd, is now almost 2/3rds complete.  Congrats if you've made it this far!  If you started late or are catching up, that's great too.  Remember, this is your project.  There are no “rules” to this challenge, and we encourage players to adapt the project to their own interests and skill levels.

How are we feeling as we near the 2/3 mark?  Comment below! A Challenge for the Final Leg - Go Outside of your Comfort Zone

For the final leg of the project, I'd like to challenge you to go outside of your comfort zone.  You might be thinking, I just figured out my comfort zone.  In my own experience, the comfort zone gets boring, and safe, and lacks inspiration or growth.  How can you push yourself a little to try something new?  Perhaps it goes beyond music, and more into tech, or collabs, or meeting up with other players in real life?  We can talk about it in the Mixer, as well as the prospect of an End of Project Flash Mob

Join us on on Friday, April 28th (Day 66), for our third Zoom Mixer of the Project!  We have had lively Zoom Mixers on Day 10 and 31, with participants from around the globe.  Note that we often hold these Live events on the "first Friday" of each month during 100 Days, but have needed to shift some of the dates. There will not be another event on Friday, May 5th, but we will have another check-in further into the Project.

In the Zoom Mixer, you can meet other project participants, chat together in small breakout rooms, and share with each other about your projects.  We'll give prompts for starting the conversation, and we'll switch rooms a few times so we can meet different folks.

This is a live interactive event, so we won't be able to record it.  The next one will likely be on a Friday at the end of May or beginning of June, at the end of the Project.  Stay tuned!
