Aloha, Patrons!

Calling the Tokyo Uke Squad!  I am thrilled to return to Tokyo for the second time this year.  Join me for 2 live shows and a workshop.  Maybe some folks from other parts of Japan or Asia will be interested in joining too!

I will share the stage with the lovely Yoshi Hana (you may remember her from our Sukiyaki video collab).  Yoshi put in a lot of hard work organizing these events, so I am grateful and excited to make music with her next month!

In the Live show, we will each play solo sets, as well as perform together, and we have some other surprises in store.💃🏻  Bring your ukulele for a mini-jam and meet & greet at the end of the show (a lot of folks ask me to sign their ukuleles).  In the Workshop, I'll lead a Beginner Jam lesson in English, with Japanese-language support from Yoshi.

Tokyo Squad help!

I'm also excited for you all to meet each other!  Come early to the shows to hang out and meet new ukulele friends, and I'm hoping to do a flash mob and make a video with the Tokyo uke squad.  Perhaps after the workshop, we can gather somewhere close by.  If any Tokyo-local fans have access to a good space for a casual gathering, or want to help organize an outdoor park jam, please let me know!  We can all bring tarps and snacks to share.
