Hi guys,

there was some interest expressed recently to enable cheats to have maximum horny and friendship  points  for each girl reached from the beginning of the game.I know that some of you know how to crack the game and change variables by themselves, but there are also those who do not. And I can imagine that many do not like to have temptation to screw the game experience by cheating.

Please note that sometimes if the girl horniness points are too high the story might not end the way you want.

So, do you want to have this option enabled in the beginning of the game?  T4bbo

After completing a game the natural way through without a walkthrough, I like being able to quickly get stats to where they need to be to get certain paths to open up. Having cheats would definitely make this easier. Even with a walkthrough it was quite a pain to figure out the exact combination of choices I had to make to get certain scenes to happen (because the walkthrough only hinted that at a certain relationship point something could happen, but didn't detail the choices you needed to get there), and most of that time was just saving, reloading saves, and skipping through lots and lots of text that I had already seen. So yeah, a way to skip the grind so to speak would be very helpful in finding some of these scenes. That being said I really like the stats you have going on in this game, I can tell a lot of love went into it. It's not as easy as being completely friendly or completely horny, there's a finesse to it. On the first read through it's great, you can't immediately tell if you picked the "best" option for the ending you want, and I like that.

It's an option to atleast have. For that reason alone I can't see why not. If people want to experience the game in their own way just let them either way.

In my opinion cheats are really useful for players and dev alike as they allow players to find bugs and content much easier. But they kill immersion a lot so for me it would be the best to implement cheat-mode in game's options so they won't be turned on by default but only by those who actively look for them.

I like the walkthrough, just so I don't miss something. I always go in blind then replay later. In some instances it is not intuitive on the decisions. Like lie to the secretary on the dinner meeting.

I understand the reasons for both ideas, but personally I prefer to play this particular game without cheats. I voted no, but it isn't a big thing for me either way ;)

Derek

I said no. I like the way the game handles currently. Perhaps once the game is finished add cheats or a new game + that'll allow the player to me as with the girls' stats.

Unlocking cheats after you play through game once would be a good design choice.

Itzaguy's idea seems good.

I would think adding a cheat option would only be good if it would not also include a chance of "breaking the game" (= make it impossible to see some scenes) And as I guess it might keep You from doing more important stuff - like new pictures/scenes - and as I know how to change things myself, I voted "I don't need cheats"

Custommotor

Already been cheating, would make it easier to avoid editing the saves.I always believe in doing 1 pure play through of a game without cheating. But, after that it makes it easier to obtain harder to get scenes.

Also it might be harder to code but u think setting the points would be better than maxing.

Just to clarify, this is just the option to have cheats available, and not simply max all stats at the start? If so I don't see why not. It could easily be added as part of the "laptop" interface in the MC's room. I'm for adding the option (although I know how to turn them on already) if it is an option and not just maxxing everything att the start.

At the moment some of the options are very unintuitive. I cracked the game code open and was looking at it directly and I still had to go to the walkthrough to see how to get more than 1 or 2 lust points the first day and not have her run out. Making things a little more forgiving, especially at the beginning could help make sure that people don't lock their way out of content. Right now the game very much feels like a "play it the exact right way and see a lot of stuff. Or make any of these innocuous choices and be locked out of the best content."
