I like the castle but the way it worked in HC1 was very basic and I'm sure you can think of a more interesting way to introduce an endgame in HC2. I think a cooler way of doing it is, all the bosses have certain mechanics and weaknesses they target so I think it would be cool if the new castle only had 3-4 fights, but they have amped stats (in the old castle you just breezed through the first 4-5 fights until the actual difficulty starts) and are selected based on your traits and addictions, perhaps even getting a unique line or two if certain conditions are met (If you picked up a negative trait from one of them, she'd remember and such) As for side-jobs (the option I picked) I recall some events allowed you to select an option to cum. I'd like to see this return, but rather in a way where you can essentially gain addiction/corruption as a tradeoff for higher pay. And only some of the guests ask for that. Or perhaps the opposite, where they blackmail you if you accidentally cum and you need to pay to avoid corruption. Finally, I didn't dislike the idea of the sissy school, but I'd much rather not have it as an inescapable death spiral. I think you could rework it to remove corruption/addiction in turn for giving you negative traits. Maybe not exclusively a sissy school then, as I like the idea of giving the player a random trait that makes fighting enemies of a certain type much harder. Also I'm just a fan of the idea of aquirable traits that give special dialogue for fights/gameovers or maybe even getting negative traits unlocks a few special game overs!

i find the castle area strange in hero corruption 1: the first part is fine when you face all the previous boss then the boss after don't even use the same system of attack so having a good weapon doesn't matter all that matter is to have the highest base attack stat and you win
