hey i’m having some issues. i’ve joined the discord but it’s completely blank. i won’t have access to any of the channels

Mariusz Rozycki

Hi, my membership lapsed because of a failed payment, and after I fixed it all I can see on discord is „this server might be empty or you might not have access to any channels”. I tried restarting the app, leaving the server and re-joining, re-connecting Patreon account, it’s still empty. Not sure what else to try

When I go to connect my discord to Patreon it doesn’t come up and an option

Timpossible

Errr. Howdy. I missed that my credit card here expired and my pledge to you didn't went through. Fixed it and my pledge should be going through now but it seems this mistake took away my discord privileges and I can't use the server anymore. Could you fix that?

same think just happened to me - i fixed it by leaving the server completely, disconnecting my patreon and discord in the patreon settings, then relinking and rejoining everything!

I guess I missed the boat to get on the discord server, must have a limit to how many people can get on

There's no limit. You may need to connect your Patreon account to your Discord account. Check the support patreon link the post to show you how.

I also have no access to any of the channels anymore even though I had it previously

ABigZeeb

Unfortunately, the channels aren't showing up for me either.
