An hour ago, I would've expected this to make me cry, but because my mood has improved since then, I could listen while smiling widely. This was so sweet. 😩 Now I'm really in the mood for submission and being good and earning that praise. 🥺 It's not so much about the phrase itself, but about it being a verbalisation of having pleased someone. (Totally off-topic, but it's so cool that you like foxes! I've seen some red foxes in the wild - one from afar in a rural area early in the morning and two or three in an urban environment at night. I never saw a London fox, unfortunately. But I'd love to! 🇬🇧🦊 Some time ago, I watched a documentary about animals in London which mentioned London foxes. At night, I've never come across areas in which foxes roam, I suppose. Furthermore, cities at night sadly aren't recommended for solo-walks as a woman.)

I see my local foxes almost nightly, and i used to have a mom and cub that would sleep in my garden or on my garage. Glad you enjoyed the file. Plenty more gentle ones... and much firmer ones too.

Oh, that's amazing! Did you sometimes watch them? I wish I could live in London (You are from London, right? 😅)... I actually believe it's easier to see foxes in cities than in the countryside, as city foxes are used to people and noise. As for the files... I definitely enjoy both, depending on my mood. (I deleted my comment bc I accidentally didn't reply to yours, but generally, so I'll just post it again. 😅 I'm tired.)

Yes always watch them when they are around. And yes in london, near a large green space that has many foxes and rabbits.

Hard to say, I have lived there my whole life. It's huge and impersonal, wonderful and exciting, it's everything good and bad.

Hmm, okay. I've only been there a few times, but ever since my first visit, I've been captured in some way. I don't know what it is exactly, but sometimes it feels as if I left some part of myself on those streets during my past visits. Fortunately, I'll be visiting in a few days again!

Thank you! I'm looking forward to long strolls through the city, as I like to just walk wherever my feet carry me and explore interesting places I haven't been to before. (Hmm...that reminds me of a quote from Bilbo Baggins in LotR... Just in case you've seen those movies and know what I mean.) I certainly will! Should I encounter one, I'll let you know.
