Feast of the Unicorn page progress (Patreon)

We wanted to show off how the Feast of the Unicorn comic pages are made... which is, basically, the same way we make BARBAROUS hahaha

Ananth was a genius and found a variety of really lovely furry heads in the Clip Studio asset library. He frankensteined together some really nice character models that have been soooo useful for me!

It's funny looking at these thumbnails / pencils together because they don't line up at all haha... sometimes it's like that! But I really appreciate Ananth working so hard on these thumbnails because it means the communication between us is extremely clear in both directions. I've said this before, but artists who work with writers: ask your writers to start thumbnailing!!!!

I think this might've been the second page of this comic I drew, and I can see some character design drift as I got more comfortable drawing everyone... I might mess with some of the art before it goes to print. We'll see, it'll be a surprise for when the book is printed!

Thank you to everyone who's backed the Feast of the Unicorn kickstarter!! We really appreciate your support! 💖💖

There's just over a week left!!!
