Hmm, ide personally recommend looking at how artist like proko or books like force drawing and Michael Hamptons figure drawing do it. Personally ide say the main thing that helps me is being able to recognize where the rib cage and pelvis are in perspective, since most limbs and anatomy align with that. I try to visualize it as a box usually.

Ohh okay do you usually start with the torso and use box shapes? Thank you!

Hmm, I start with whatever shape is closest to the viewer. So if it's a butt pose, probably the pelvis, vs a chest pose start with the torso.
