Erik glanced at the screens quickly, flicking them away.

“Well that’s not supposed to be doing that,” Rugrat said in a gruff voice.

“Let's hurry up,” Erik said.

The Alva soldiers standing watch at the defensive structure around the totem lowered their weapons, standing at ease as the illusion spells were forcefully removed, by an illusion breaking formation, revealing the masks as well as the Special Team members gear.

Erik gritted his teeth as they were cleared one by one by the guards and their scanning formations.

“The council is at the military command center. With the changes in the dungeon core, they have evacuated the dungeon headquarters,” Gong Jin reported as the last member was checked.

“Lead on Captain,” Erik ordered.

Gong Jin nodded, he led them through the thick walls of the totem castle.

“Fuck me!” Rugrat stared at the dungeon headquarters.

“Fuck,” Erik agreed. “I’ve never seen so much power being channeled through the dungeon core. It’s draining the mana stones from above. That isn’t snow falling down, its dust from depleted mana stones.”

It cast a beautiful sight, the built up Alva, a land of stone and wooden houses intermixed with parks, small streams and comfortable inns and bars. In the middle of it a pillar of light, five meters in diameter, connected the glowing ceiling, covered in mana stones, through the cylindrical Alva Dungeon Headquarters down below.

The pure refined mana was moving at such speeds and with so much volume that the very air was shimmering around it. The plants, even the weeds nearby had been turned into medicinal ingredients from the overflow.

They rode towards the barracks and the command center underneath it. It was Alva’s midday, but the ‘sunlight’ was overcast by the light given off by the mana pillar.

Erik checked on the last two notifications.

Shouldn't ist be: Chapter 2 (2/5)? And I'm a little confused. In Sixth Realm Part 2: when the quest were completed the containment arrays were labeled as (0/12). That was for me the reason for the mana leakage. Here they are repaired too? What version is correct?

I also found the repeated Dungeon Master notifications to be redundant after they appear in the final chapters of 6 part 2. It ends up being something I scroll through to get to the story since I've seen it. Maybe for this one condense them into one notification somehow to cut the extra out?

James Morgan

I don't think the MCs would be wondering about the 10th Imperium again. They were wondering about it in realm 6 after the Wandering Hero title and the 1 star award. More along the lines of "There's that Imperium again." The wording here makes it seem like this is the first they've heard of it.

Agreed, along with that I'm wondering how the Mana well connects to Upgrading the First Realm. Obviously the leylines will provide a ton of Mana, but does the well release more into the realm?

Arthur

I agree we could have had a bit more of the story, but I'm not worried. I'm just wondering if the dungeon core is now Sky Common, if they wanted to increase the dungeon core’s grade to Celestial it is now an option. Be interested to know, also with all the upgrades to the dungeon the whole of the First Realm gets an Upgrade now that going to very interesting. Enjoyed the Peek Thanks Michael.

I hope we see the effect on the silverpeak tree. We haven't heard from that tree since 4th realm IIRC.
