Normally, this is where we’d be following the adventures of Prince Charming, squeezed into his shiny armor, riding his steed across the length and breadth of the kingdom, stumbling through a series of increasingly epic trials, until he finally arrives here, slays the monster, rescues the damsel in distress, gets married, and lives happily ever after.

Normally.

But that story’s been told a thousand times already.

So how about we focus instead on the misadventures of the damsel in distress?

And Prince Charming… well, he’ll get here eventually… or screw it, maybe he and his horse can just go tumbling off a cliff. After all, I’m the author, and I think everything’s a lot more fun that way. 😁😁😁
