Winters are always like this around here. It’s going to keep snowing for the next few days, and after that, the roads will still need to be cleared.

Oh, come on. Don’t look so miserable. When the snow starts piling up like this, the snowplows can’t even make it up here. And the rescue crews have far more important things to deal with than risking getting stranded on the mountain themselves when there’s no actual emergency. My house may not exactly be a luxury hotel, but I’ve got a roof over my head, heating, plenty of food, and a couple of beds I can set up for you in the basement… and straps… plenty of straps for… hmm.
