Everyone, we have unfortunate news. Our US PVC patch maker has essentially decided to refuse further work from us. We will be getting around 2 dozen additional PVC red Nitto patches and then it appears we are screwed on PVC again. They are categorically refusing to produce the Multicam Black PVC patches that we approved proofs on months ago, citing the complexity of the patches as a no go for them.

We are now working on 3x unique leather patches. We've sent some feelers out to the folks at Whiskey 7, they were the ones who produced the Boreal patch we offered some years back. If you have any other folks in your circle, please let us know.

This is terribly disappointing after they led us on for more than 6 months.

That’s so lame. I was IMMEASURABLY impressed that you found a US mfr at all, so that’s very sad.

The dudes at All Skill No Luck/Gnarco just made a post about US made pvc patches last week, I asked them who is making theirs just now.

Not sure if they do PVC, but KC Laser Co did some leather patched Richardson hats for a local training company near me. They turned out looking really good. Hit me up and I can send some pics for you to check out.

I know they're Canadian, but all of us get our patches from Patch Panel.

We contacted them a year or so back and they confirmed their PVC is all made in China.

Ouch. I get my name plates and other stuff from them like laser cut patches. They've sent me PVC patches with my orders, and a free extra.

Have you tried KitFox Design at all?
