For $10 bucks a month it’s the same level of access as the $5 Surveillance tier.

Why make essentially a duplicate tier?

Because inflation has really made 2024 a kick in the balls. It’s that simple. We don’t want to price anyone out of supporting us so we’re keeping the $5 tier but $10 is what we need to maintain the level of quality people have come to expect from us.

Hey, so does this apply only to new members or existing members also? & how would it work, would the existing members get any extra access (etc) for the cost?

It literally is what it says. For now, it’s just a way to help us stay alive. We haven’t raised our prices since we started the Patreon in 2016. We’re trying to avoid eliminating the $5 tier so we created this to allow people to “opt in” to helping us sustain our work.
