Just read through this and the OG series. Brings back memories. Certainly hope to see Cold Harbor get pay back against the Iranians.

Well, it's an unending cycle. If you read between the line of Yemen book 3, they whack that Quds Force officer for the Saudis and that's what essentially gets Cold Harbor off the ground :)

Ah, I see. I figured that Salt gave the Saudis that Quds Force guy's location or at least helped facilitate his death/capture. Didn't realize that Cold Harbor performed the hit themselves. If that's the case then Cold Harbor struck the Iranians twice before they hit back...unless the ambush that killed Hesher was a set up by the Houthis/Quds Force.

SPOILERS OBVIOUSLY What I tried to imply is that it was a CH hit. Maybe not our A storyline guys, but one of their teams in country. Keeping in mind that Quds Force officer was ready to flip the script on them at anytime. In Basran, after having their agent compromised, CH catch the Quds Force officer waiting for his flight out of the country which gives them the targets to bring in the invasion in book 4.

To reply to what Gabe said, I think it could just be down to how the company has been pushing for money this whole time and multiple times has failed to be somewhat is necessary to secure themselves.

(Spoilers) Damn. Good shit. Just wondering though, did the unchipped KSOF guys not ring enough alarm bells for them to bug out? And then this Quds Force guy you vanned last year shows up out of the blue when your desperate for anything actionable and offers you your #1 on a silver platter when he already knows you’ve been headhunting for the saudis and you take it when your SIGINT guy is already gonna have targets to appease corporate within the day? There’s probably another angle I missed here, because this seems like an inside job by someone high up who REALLY wanted Token and JR gone for some reason. Either I’m a peanut brain who read too fast or there’s a missing piece of the puzzle that’ll get revealed later. Can’t wait. This whole ass IP hits all the notes all previous fiction like it can only get close to. Keep slaying.
