Most of the sets from their first initial release are missing one of the patches from the sets now offered. And as much as I want complete patch sets, 160$ just to get the 4 new ones offered is waaaaay out of my budget. Y_Y

From the series 3 patch picture, the top-middle horizontal patch wasn't apart of the initial patreon only red color set, and the top-left vertical patch wasn't sold with the black, grey, and croc color sets offered for public purchase on the website way back when. I might be completely wrong, but I watch this page and the site like a hawk, and I'm kind of a whore for morale patches. I'm 99% sure I didnt miss them if they were offered in the first runs or limited buys on here.

The initial red run of series 3 from July 17, 2017 (had to scroll back and check to make sure I wasn't nuts) doesn't even feature the top-middle patch in the current series 3 run.

It's not so much that they are missing, but one patch that had never been offered in anything but the QRF red.

I was around back in the early days of book one, but did series 1 have patches? I think it was 2 different versions of the Kryptek Special Projects patches?

We never ran patches till Syria if memory serves.

Does the Japan exclusive green have a special meaning? As in series 4 croc= mike force.

They do not. OD was a series 2 thing mostly.

In series 2 there was. It’s been so many years though, I forget? I think they were the high threat protection group.

They do. We had broken it all down years ago but short version was Red - unilateral strike and response force, Grey - national assault force, Green - protection details, Black - tech/surveillance/drones and Croc were static security (though in the new series that is slightly juggled).

wait in the earlier posts you mentioned the grey/black are worn by individual location mobile/kinetic forces, and the black/blacks worn by local nationals, so is that still a thing?
