BPRE does things a lot differently from other turn based games. The biggest thing I had to wrap my head around was the concept that speed = security. Normally in other games, the adage of "slow is smooth, smooth is fast, fast is lethal" is in play, other games reward you for taking things slow and creeping up slowly while fighting the entire map. In BPRE that's not the case - you're doing a hit on a HVT, you have a very finite time window to execute, and you do not have the time or the numbers to fight the whole neighbourhood. The way to go is to move from building to building as fast as you can, in order to identify the buildings, and avoid engagement unless you absolutely have to - your mission is to kill the HVT, not the entire neighbourhood.
