Nice!! Will the miniatures and terrain become finished? And even if spectre isn’t making the minis, will they be the same size so “bleed over” so to speak would be possible? And will the rule book contain “scenarios” related to the actual BORE story? I know you probably don’t have answers to a lot of that yet, my main question is the miniatures and terrain being finished (painted and ready to play upon receiving them).

Negative. We will be able to connect people with painters to get their minis finished but shipping prepainted product is basically impossible without using China which we aren't doing.
