The series finale!

In our third and final part of The Art of Chill, we're going to dive head first into creating some transitions from scratch using Transit 2 and then we're going to discuss how to make the most out of the arrangement. I'm also going to share some of my favorite techniques for mixing Chill Music and then we're going to talk about artist development and how to become the artist you've always wanted to be.

I really hope you've enjoyed this series! It's certainly been fun to create and I hope that it's given you the confidence you need to start making better tracks on your own. As I mentioned in the video, to add even more value to this series I've exported five transitions which you can use in your own tracks using Transit 2! I'm also going to provide the final mix file so you guys can have it as reference either as a benchmark or use for inspiration for your own tracks.

Let me know your thoughts in the comments below.

Cheers,

This series has been so well laid out and presented from inception to the finish. It really helps to have complete walkthroughs like this to see the same track at each step along the way and how it comes together. Thanks!

I love watching you work. Those subtle tweaks so make such a big difference. I need to get the hang of that :)

Trees Can Talk

That was a great series thanks so much! I'm sure i'll be refering to part 3 for my mixing a lot! I also loved what you said about making informed choices. I'm noticing that I actually know what i'm doing (sometimes), i'm making decisions and changes based on stuff i actually understand rather than just winging it. YES! Thanks Chris!
