In today’s video we’re going to create a semi dark drone ambient track from scratch. This tutorial will be suitable for producers of all skill levels but mostly for the beginner to intermediate producer who’s looking to gain some insight into the process and looking for some new ideas.

Nice one, as usual. And the free tutorial is a great idea ^^ That said, why didn't you put your bass in mono from, let say, 300 hz? You'd increased the stereo separation of the whole thing and got way more detailed mid and high frequencies without destroying all the good high ends you putted on bass preset. (Timestamp around 39:00:00)

Thanks, Chris. The tutorial was fantastic, and I learned a lot. One thing I couldn't figure out is that I have the Utility template, but for some reason, the compressors on the Pad Bus and Pre-Master fader aren't working. I've checked all the links, ins, and outs, but no luck. Any thoughts?

Hi, I'd like to know about this EQ you have always in your tutorials, is it in the master (sorry i'm not used to ableton) ? Do you have the same parameters always ?
