Thanks for this, Chris: glad to see you're up and about. Forgive a word of warning from an old fart, but do be careful not to try to do too much too soon. I tried to work through a virus 30 years ago and am still suffering from chronic fatigue, which is not nice, and the effects of 'long Covid' are not understood yet. Listen to your body, take it a day at a time, and do what you can and not what you can't. It's a crazy time and nobody really knows what's going on: it's as if we've landed on a new and unknown planet and have got to work out first of all how not to die, and then how to thrive and have a good time. So take care, and I look forward to seeing how things go for us all.

That's really good advice Geoff. I've been doing that the past week...making every attempt to not go too far. I'm very good at listening to my body and take my condition seriously. That said, I've been enjoying the creative overflow now that I am back to work. So many ideas and lots of inspiration. I hope to share some of it with all of you!
