As many of you know, I've got a bunch of guitar pedals.

I've done a few things in the past, such as some ambient transmissions and sketches on YouTube back in the day, but never actually "recorded" anything...until now! Once again the beauty of this platform (Patreon) is it allows me to just create things that I am inspired to do without hesitation or feeling like it doesn't have value. This kind of thing does have value, especially to those who appreciate it and I really hope you guys enjoy it!

This entire track was recorded in one take. I thought about doing a companion video piece with it of me building the pedalboard, but feel like the track really speaks for itself. It expresses my love for ambient, and my hope for the future.

Cheers, enjoy, and thank you for joining me on Patreon!

Great stuff my friend. For me the guitar pedals are the core of my creative process. Love to follow your creative process'.

I have tried to add guitar into my tracks, but it is really hard to make it sound "spacey" and not too "human". I love what you did here, maybe I need some better effects. Guitar should be more like an atmospheric effect in ambient music rather than a lead instrument like in other styles.

I started my ambient journey as a Fripp / Eno fan (even did Guitar Craft with Fripp many years ago). It’s great to hear the taste Chris brings to this approach.
