I've been travelling and if you know me, you know I love to spend the time in transit musing and writing about the creative process. These eventually come to Patreon and hopefully inspire you in some way, or provide some motivation to support your creative process. Those writings will be pasted below.

There’s something so liberating from the act of creation. As if there’s a primary need that triggers a distinct response from our subconscious to tell you, this is the way forward into the world yet unexplored. We don’t have words to describe this place, but do we have the means and this is where our hearts reside. In a place between you and what’s beyond the veil, where the fractal spiraling vortex of the minor scale blends into the meaning of life itself.

At the very least, we attempt to grasp at some sort of meaning with our musings of the unknown. What sort of world would be created beyond form or structure and what would this world look like. The reflected vibrations encapsulates our deepest memories with blurred visions of a distant future. To keep this bridge alive between the worlds is why we create and the manifestation of this bridge is an act of divinity in and of itself. One heart, one desire and the focused energy of spirit and formless matter.

We can we focus our intention on building a connection bridge between our subconscious and our reality through music. It’s with this connection that we begin to form the memories and future manifestations of our current reality: this is the flow state. Nothing matters and everything does all at the same time. The guiding of the hand so to speak is really just our own at the other side of the bridge. Every thought, every action, just another connection point and the music begins to take shape.

Allow yourself to slip into a window of creativity and expression that defies the heaviness of this reality. Thoughts and feelings become integrated and part of the experience to create a wholistic approach to the act of creation itself. There is no need for second thoughts or critical thinking, only the experience up to that point. This is the natural flow state in the moment and living in that moment fully, where nothing can hold you back from building new worlds.

Never doubt your power and resolve and follow the path. You’ve come this far and acceptance is critical to understanding the way to move forward and integrate your creative visions and bring them into existence. If you can accept where you you are and how you got there you can begin to move forward from a balanced and wholistic approach to making sounds. Confidence is key.

A regimen is important for maintain positive momentum. With the busyness of life standing at odds and conflicting with this acting principal, it’s helpful to settle into a rhythm that works for you. Don’t try and put too much expectation on the end result and allow yourself the grace to move into the knowing that as long as you continue to build upon the knowledge and curiosity that got you here in the first place then you will be able to manifest your desired result.

This process of becoming an artist is something that we go through whether we’re brand new to the game or we’ve been doing this for decades, every artist goes through a process of self discovery that is unique to the individual and does not correlate to a set path or timeline. You can lose memory of your process and pick it up again through relearning. This is normal. Just keep going and don’t hesitate to refresh your memory on what you have already learned.

Inner power and drive is a vital component to the creative process and should be nurtured and practiced. In a world of constant distraction, you need to stay focused on the process just as much as the end goal. Keep yourself inspired by doing outside activities that fuel your inner engine. Your life is the canvas for inspiration of the work itself. Use it as a tool and when you’re ready, the work will be waiting.

You can think of this Earth as a school to evolve your spirit and your work to new levels so you can approach a place of mastery in the next. There are forces at work both inside and outside of you that are guiding your hands to help move this reality into a place where your dreams and positive intentions can become reality. This is the goal of our work is to open up new doorways for others to allow them to guide them to higher levels of being.

You were once without a vision of your current self and can trace back to the steps to how you got here. Each one moving into the next and the goal is and has always been a better version of you. Take that as a clue to how to move forward from here, the place you are now, and make the necessary steps to evolve further without judgement. You have always shown the path for yourself and can then show the way for others too.

There will always be higher levels of skill to obtain and there will always be a doorway that seems too much to walk through. This is a hidden treasure for you to extract which is integral to the process itself. Evolution of the artist and of the self, intertwined in an ascending spiral towards your destiny. Go for this and work at it everyday. Even the difficult ones.

We are in a critical time of transformation, both collectively and on an individual level. Keep this in mind and know that there is energy here to support you through whatever change you are currently going through. If you put your focus into this change and believe that anything is possible, you cannot fail. The key is knowing that you are not alone and there is always another way forward, even when it appears the pathway is slowing down or coming to an end. Use this to propel you forward and with that knowledge and determination, anything is possible.
