As many of you know, I've been pushing hard on this Patreon for over a year and a half. It's been quite a journey, and I'm glad you guys appreciate all the hard work I put in but I've realized that in order for it to continue to grow, it's time to take things to the next level! These are some screen grabs from the pre-roll I'm working on which will debut in my next tutorial on the main channel.

What I'd love for you guys to do is leave a comment below and tell me about your experience on this Patreon and how it's changed you. I often hear positive feedback, but it would be great to collect it all in one place so I can create more advertising to get more people interested in this and I can continue doing what I do best, which is create more tutorials, make more music, and continue to inspire and educate you all for years to come.

Cheers and thanks!

Your patreon subscription made me go from just owning/buying a Synth/plugin to really using it.

darren

right one nice , fits with your intro video :)

Uwe Kullmann

Sudhanva is right. I never thought to get such sound out of vital or surge, because i never understood them in total. Last vids where eye openers.

Other topic: i like to learn how beats will fit to ambient. Actually most demos dont have any percs. Ambient is really hard to produce in comparision to trance for example

I just joined the Patreon, so I still have a lot to see, but so far it has helped a lot, anywhere between wave tables, and tutorials.

Only Patreon I've ever joined. Your videos, tutorials, and presets have been vital to launching my ambient exploration. I've always wanted to create my own music, but the learning curve felt daunting and steep. You've made it a journey that's been both easy and enjoyable.

This is a focused space. One where I learn not just about using my tools better when designing sounds, but also the different aspects to consider when trying to finish a track. So, on top of information about designing patches, we also get info about EQ, compression, etc. So all about the craft of producing music from start to finish, not just about one aspect. I also value your experience as an artist and label owner. So your comments come from a place of experience that relates to my interests closely.

I joined the patreon because of how helpful this channel is in my Ambient Journey and the amazing things you teach us and give us to help with our own content

I just joined because your video on making ambient track was one of the easiest videos I have found in making sounds quickly, I am now going thru your ambient dub techno video to help me in doing more sound design and I am using this in my production right now. In my opinion your sound design lessons and building a sound in Serum, Hive, Vital, etc... is unique and a powerful took you have.

I've been an electronic music tutorial junkee for many years. Chris has more useful Patreon content than anyone! Bar none! I joined his Coaching Tier and his feedback on my songs was truly eye-opening. Well worth it!

I went from a complete newb producer to being proud of my work.

I subscribed to S1gns Of Life on YouTube first, where Chris has amazing ambient music tutorials. But I decided that if I wanted to learn more and faster l needed to join his Patrion and you have no idea how much one on one couching has helped me in my music production journey. Thanks a lot Chris.

Thank you, Chris. I have been immersed in music for many years. I have always dreamed of writing music that touches the soul. For me, this is the genre of Ambient, Psybient, space music. First I studied FL Studio, then I studied Ableton, looked at different presets in order to identify the relationships in the interaction of certain effects for sound design. But I didn't like the sound quality. Everything I wrote, I showed very few people. And then I came across Chris' video on glitch effects. He inspired me to follow this spiritual path of music, no matter what doubts creep in. He inspired me to write not to the table, but to release my first track. Gave a lot of life hacks. Chris, live the dream and prosper. P.s. I would like to see more space psybient shamanic effects, otherworldly pluck, magical sequences. The direction of alchemy of samples, processing by effects is interesting. Design that I once took through sonic alchemy from samples. This is the only Patreon I've ever subscribed to and it's no exaggeration to say it's been life-changing for me.

I’ve been a silent patreon for a while now and from the first YT video I saw from you, the way you explained, the enthusiasm, it got me hooked and I’m not leaving 😄 it’s been a changer for my ambient/hypnotic techno productions and tbh, it’s al based on the way you explained ambient to me and all the patreons. Also I like the right one, is a perfect reflection of how I see you and what you do. All the love and light from Belgium 🇧🇪

Just saw this post and don't know if it is too late for this but here we go. I've been a patreon since the start of 21 and I ain't leaving anytime soon. This experience has not only been a game change but a life changing decision (Not exaggerating) Before I had no musical direction and no motivation. The pateron helped me out alot with that. I am more confident in my productions, I have a clear direction and a huge motivation. This has led to a debut release on my favorite label (Synphaera) and my first sound design release as well which have initially started my sound designer career. And I owe it all to you chris! without your help i have never gotten this far. So from the bottom of my heart, thank you man ! As long as you're pateron exitsist i will be here supporting you

S1gns Of L1fe's Patreon is crazy good for leveling up your ambient production game. I like my work a lot more after incorporating S1gns' techniques and advice.

It took 2 of your videos to awaken this deep interest in the ambient genre and its been some of the most fun music has ever been to me. I cant wait to keep diving into this world, thanks to the help of you and the Patreon!

Phil Baumann

I'm late - sorry for that. So, I'm here since the beginning I think and every month you show us motivating, educational content and fantastic exclusive presets. Your style of explaining things is amazing and very structured. The quality of your videos and the other content is exceptionally good. I really appreciate all of that! And what I would also like to mention: English is not my mother tongue and some American dialects for me are difficult to understand. I've never had a problem understanding you. Thank you Chris for your great and valuable work!

I am here less than a week and can’t stop watching it. Seriously quality of this channel is outstanding. I haven’t even finished watching free stuff on YouTube and started looking information about Patreon. Today I started my one year challenge with this channel to check how far can I go. I am really motivated. This is what I am looking for in people. Love to passion.
