I LOVE seeing these kinds of references! These are so scarce and much needed... but I gotta say tho, even if body fat gets overall distributed through the whole body, it does still distribute highly dependent on your "body type (way to store fat)", which leads to seeing people who will for example have a lot of fat on their thighs/legs/lower part of the body but still manage to maintain the form of a more "slim" waist and even arms, or people who will have all the fat accumulated on their torso but still have way more "slim" looking thighs/legs, or people that as in the drawing example will have a "equilibrated" fat distribution through their whole body,...etc So it really depends on the way your body works and there are endless combinations! (This is a big comment, sorry I got excited hahah)

Are you really talking about Vagina ? or is it about the Vulva? each time i'm confused because i learned that Vulva is the external part of the female sex and Vagina is the internal canal linked to the cervix and uterus.

Technically is the labia majora that gains weight! Which is part of the vulva. I tend to use the term 'vagina' because it's more of a slang, general term for the whole pubic area.

I support this as some artist have their fat characters either be balls with limbs or going for a potbelly/prego look. I can see it as artists not willing to embrace actually drawing plumper bodies as sexy or putting in the work to distinguish them. To not have builds beyond fat all over. Other issue is when a work calls someone fat when they're at most a little chubby. The narrative calls them super fat/obese/blob when they're not that fat at all. For women, it's when they're curvy. For someone to say they're fat because they have big boobs/butt even though their midsection isn't that thick. With butts, we're weird on that. Either we want woman with big butts or a big butt is a sign that a woman has been gorging on sweets and is a fatso. I can see it too as artists not knowing how to draw fatter characters and just thinking a curvy build is all one needs to denote someone as fat.
