Just accept it and toss in some meat (if there is any left). Perhaps if she is well fed and contented she will fall asleep and can then be approached.

@Tyler replying to above, because I can't see it in the browser for some reason, I have a Side story idea almost lined out because I had enough time for that. What I don't have enough time for is actually completing the art myself!

I love how it looks like Flora raided Kieth and Natani's rooms. Just one question, how does Keith still have that helmet? He didn't leave it on the Bastian Isle and it didn't sink with the Na'Rella. It must be magic!!

Funny I am doing a story too, a side story Tom said we could summit. I am just about done with Characters, and have the Setting done. Just got to write the story. Would fill a lot of plot holes to Toms lore and story. ( if your reading this Tom I will have it summit-ed soon)

I don't know if you've seen my "Natani's Bane" comic strip, but that was just using my iPhone, AstroPad mini, a $1 stylus, and a combination of Gimp and Photoshop. All I did was watch half an hour of tutorials and observe Tom when he's "art-i-streaming". With enough time and practice on your hands, which is liable to be more than I have available, you can do anything.

Mike and Evals managed to save some of the cargo onboard the ship. The bucket helmet could have been in a storage crate. It also floats, so it could have been floating in the water after the wreck.
