Simple, it’s a fully fur-nished living quarters and cockpit, for controlling Kathrin, Flora /Ratatouille style. Nibs knows that Kat’s had problems with Eric, so she’s taking it into her own 4 paws to properly seduce Eric. Kat will thank Nibbly in the end.
