@Jordan why was that Raines fault? She had no idea the telepathic link was keeping Natani's soul stable. It was mostly Zen's fault for not paying attention or wondering why a single shackle would be effective

It upsets me more that Raine herself is responsible for Natani falling temporary comatose and almost getting her killed. For that, all pity and sympathy I had for her is gone...

Euchre lied to her about himself. She didn't know he was a keidren until she read Rose's mind. Euchre was also about to let Rose die to protect his secret.

@R. Carter You're right. That's why I'm more angry towards Zen than I am towards Raine. Either way, Natani almost died because of them, and I want BOTH of them to realize what they could've done if Natani hadn't escaped the burning ship soon enough...It's only fair for Natani and Keith.

1. His emotional response is his alone and does not mean Raine should feel responsible. 2. That response would be very out of character for Keith 3. Yes I would blame him for having such a response because it's completely irrational and nonsensical.

Alright, alright, I'll forget about Raine. I never resented her anyway. I just couldn't let Zen and Group B off the hook because of Natani's coma and near-death experience. But Raine is the best of the bench since she just wanted to save Zen's life. Even so, Natani's life was almost destroyed by accident. Out of character or not, I don't think Keith would've taken that lightly. That's all I'll say.

Yes, I remember that. He's an asshole. But given their current situation I expect her to look past that at this moment and be a bit less openly hostile. What I did forget is that Euchre helped Trace, and is partly responsible for their current situation, which makes the hostility make sense

I think its perfectly acceptable to be angry, I know this is TwoKinds but can you imagine if Euchre wasn't a cool animal like a wolf and was instead a FLY or something?

What upset me about this is that Mary is trying to protect Raine from Euchre. Mary who sent Raine away to live away from everyone else just so that she could be promoted to grand templar. Mary has no right to act like a mother to Raine. Honestly, I would be fine if Mary got turn back into a wolf.

Blaming Raine for Natani's situation is like blaming a doctor for saving the life of someone who would go on to become a serial killer. She has zero chance of knowing that Zen had a magical link with his sister, and he made no efforts to inform her. I'm sure if she were to find out later, she'd be apologetic. But I'm also sure that Natani's immediate response would probably be grumbling, "I suppose you had no way of knowing..." and instead be annoyed with her brother.

If you try to said Mary hide Raine from the world so as to protect her that not true. If Mary cared, she would have sent Raine to distance small village so that Raine could have made friends with the other child or maybe Mary could have raised Raine herself and give up her ambition to be the grand templar. The bottom line is Mary had Raine isolated for 14 years and Mary was not a warm, caring mother to Raine. Mary did not try to be a mother to Raine until Mary had nothing left.

If Mary didn't care she would of killed Raine the day she qas born. She cares,there are reasons for everything you know. If Mary was Grand Templar no one could take her daughter away from her. But we already know how that turned out. :3

Mary want to be the grand templar. She let Euchre go to protect her chance at being chosen as grand templar. Raine birth would have also ruined her chance at being chosen as grand templar, so Mary with the power and influence of a high templar choose to sweep Raine under the rag rather than killing Raine and have a guilty conscience. Mary choose to being the grand templar over a mother to Raine.

I know I'm late to the comment part on this, but this sketch is simply amazing. The pangs of regret in Euchre's eyes, the seething rage in Mary's and the terrified confusion in Raine. I note that Euchre has chosen to break them out as a wolf so that he isn't recognized, and that Mary is still wearing the same clothes she was when Trace transformed her, meaning that this is probably very soon afterwards (there was some question of when exactly Euchre rescued them. It's also interesting to see that Raine is human here, since we know that at this point she needs a magic nullifier to be so and that at some point Mary had to enchant those shackles for her. Does Raine still have some other trinket that nullifies her wolf form, or has Mary already managed to enchant her shackles?

Yes! This is the correct reaction! When your girlfriend is shackled (against her will) those responsible must be made an example of! All others that would harm her will look at what happened to those that hurt her first and know fear!
