My guess is some Clan Skryre Warplock Engineer built some random device, and tested it by throwing the nearest slave attendant at it just to see what happens. Good odds the device exploded/s shortly after, so it’s possible this guy survives longer than the guys on the other side of the portal!

Honestly as long as the Templar don’t learn of Warp Stone, I think the multiverse is okay. I been playing Warhammer for over 10 years in case it wasn’t obvious. (Warp Stones = Giant Green Mana Stones that are 1000% more powerful, but gives off huge amounts of radiation).
