in my 21 years on this earth, I have literally not ever even once heard a girl complain about her bust size. like, ever. they limit your clothing options, they're uncomfortable for lying on, they draw unwanted attention to yourself, etc., etc., etc. :I

You'd be surprised. Every second girl, I've met in my life, was displeased with her cup size. Whether they have big or small breasts. Big chested would complain about how uncomfy and heavy they are, while small chested would complain that no guy will ever love or even want her, because of small boobs. The most complaining were those who had smaller breasts though.

Crimson. While I appreciate the defense to all the... Less concerned ladies and young ladies out there, as a teenage male in high school, I have heard or participated in several discussions going either way on the issue. Perhaps it's the influence of women experienced in dealing with large busts that change a young lady's view on the matter? Or possibly a few women among our populace just want larger busts for the sake of 'bragging rights'? I don't know personally.
