The hilarious part is that this actually lines up with something from history I learned about recently. Peter the Great in his early years would go "undercover" as a shipwright to be among his people... one problem: he was so tall that everyone immediately identified him. And I don't mean a little tall, the man was 6'8" (just over 2 meters) tall. So, yeah. This pictures has some hilarious parallels with real world history.

Indeed. Tom confirmed in a prior sketch of her that the bigger a basitin is, the stronger they are, and the more resistant to magic they are. Jade's resistance is so absurd that even the Templars might have a hard time directly affecting her with magic, and she was strong enough to lift part of a tower, though that did mess her up physically for days.
