So wholesome. So precious! Look at the proud father!

I can't think of anything thought inspiring, so I'm just gonna say that this is awesome!

Mike enjoying his freedom years down the road

Tomtom

Plot twist: chapter 20 is going to focus entirely on these two and their escapades.

Kirien Fost

That's so preciously adorable! ^w^

Keith Keiser

The kid looks so shocked like "AAAHHH Its squirming"

DarthKeidran

Just to hit people in the feels… Even though it couldn’t have really happened this way… “Heh hey Mike! It looks like you caught a big one!”

DarthKeidran

Kit is actually the proper term for a fox Child.

DarthKeidran

This could be Carver and his pop prior to a certain templar’s raid on their village though.

Customaera

Precious. Truly precious. Did I mention it was precious? This is precious.

Keith Keiser

That's what my dad said after we went fishing

SomeOtherTom

Thanks Tom and to those that voted for it. Hope drawing non cast members wasn’t too much of a pain!

Keith Keiser

No, I don't think it could be Carver, his fur pattern is different, could be Mike but I think Tom would just say if it was one of them, not Misic character's

Shadowkey392

I think that also works, but “kit” is the official term.

DarthKeidran

Oh, I agree. I knew it wasn’t any particular character. I was writing something to provoke thought. You know, a perfectly happy, peaceful family, up until a [yet to become protagonist] psychopath comes along. That’s basically what happened to Natani and her parents if you interpret the Wolf pup trace had by the wrist on page 431 as Natani. (Edit: Which doesn’t make sense, come to think of it, because Saria was at The Dragon Masquerade and Natani was much older than the wolf pup on that page then, because Dark Trace occurred after Saria’s passing.)

DarthKeidran

Why’d you delete your comment? Nothing was wrong with it. (Trust me. I can sometimes be a Captain America or a Mary Poppins when it comes to inappropriate things)

DarthKeidran

Fishy fishy so juicy Schweet!

JsTheWolf

sounds weird tho.... i dunno i guess maybe its just me ;/

DarthKeidran

It’s fine man. My understanding as to why they are called a kit instead of pup/py or cub, is because foxes (especially their babys) visually have some Felid traits, but as a species are technically Canid. Calling them Kitten was out because of that, so make a new word by cutting kitten in half is probably what went through the persons mind.

The kid kinda looks like a young Mike, y'know. But Mike was born into slavery, so that makes no sense.

Cloud_Basterran

Which Dark Trace did occur after he tried to resurrect her with black magic but ended up almost killing himself and changing him forever (until his mind wipe)

Benjamin

Unlikely as mike was born a slave.

SCD

Awesome drawing.

MarvTheHugPharaoh

Tall Fox "Hey I got one!" small Fox "Hurry put him in the net, I don't want him to touch me!" The Fish then turns to the two Fox's and says "My name is Ozymandias, King of Kings; Look on my Works, ye Mighty, and despair!" Not knowing what the fish meant by those words, the Fox lads put him back in the water, went home and gone to bed.

Wolf guy

Nice day to go fishing.

Rj

Reel it in mates

Xavier

Is it me, or can you just hear the dad being voiced by Norm McDonald or Tom Hanks?

Caervec

Maybe the dad is a free Mike in the future.

Witchspell

That's so father /son thing! The kit is full of fear and excitement catching a fish. Dad is there ready to catch but just as excited for his son. The best thing next is to let the kit bring it in and dad will net it. Not at all grabbing the pole

KishaMaus

Yep, but who would be the wife then?

RSLionstar

Indeed ! The Surprise of Success in the eyes of the child ! First time is a suprise... the following one will be Happiness ! Wonderfull little Detail !
