Depends on how it works. If it takes effect by running a progressive backwards interpolation of physical development, then yes. If it just draws on some wacky interchronoscopic magic to promptly make the subject appear as they did exactly ten years prior, then no. I'm honestly intrigued to consider the latter option. If implemented in a very literal way, it could have some amusingly unintended effects, such as showing old injuries that have since healed, revealing cosmetic work someone had done on their body, or swapping a magically-transformed person back to a prior form...

I think it's actually strictly appearance-based — you know, a glamour. It determines how the subject *appeared* ten Median years prior and magically masks them to match. And since Maeve literally did *not* appear ten years prior ... POOF! Invisible.
