Hmmmm, this makes wonder if there is 'full moon effect' for any of the Keidran, and Basitins? But then there is also the two known dragons as well, Lady Nora and Princess Reni. Just what mysterious effect could a full moon have on a dragon? Especially with a bunch of youngsters running around on Halloween night? I fore see a whole series of full moon images coming around. :)

Oh my goodness. I...love this. Can I join the queue of people volunteering to um...'hold her off?' In all seriousness though, this would be horrifying from her own perspective...perhaps this is kind of like her feral nightmare. Just the idea of losing control of herself, her body and mind, is one of her biggest fears...I can imagine she's going to need a lot of comfort after all this. She feels...wilder. Her basic shape is the same. But the posture, the intensity of the claws and paws, her expression, her eyes, the increasing...'sketchiness?' of her fur and hair, it's funny how a little posture change and a few details transform her from the friendly, shy person we know to a friend falling apart to wild instincts beyond her ken. ...Let's hope the worst there will be is intense snuggling...because even that will have Raine curling up in a corner afterwards... (Also I am COMPLETELY normal right now about this)

Kyle, I think you’re forgetting about the moon light which definitely would light up the tree tops. And based on where it is positioned it could provide a valley of light up to the campfire which would be really cool if Tom did that.

On second look, it looks like he already did some shading for the campfire. Look at Raine’s side it’s clearly shaded to reflect the light from the campfire. I love how Tom does these things in his sketches

I love this so much, the subtle details that make things feel off, like there is indeed something wrong, like the slightly elongated palms, the dew claws on the hindpaws, the way her thumbs look almost separated from the rest of her fingers, the shagginess of her hair and fur. It all comes together so well

I would think that it would have the most effect on the Fey Mother, the third cannon dragon that made the fey. She seems to be the obligatory “spooky” character, so full moon (and Halloween) effects would be on brand.
