I'm a little surprised. Keith doesn't look the least bit hypnotized. Nor does Clovis look like he's hypnotizing anyone. That'll put Clovis at a HUGE disadvantage...although it may not be too late for him to manipulate Keith someway somehow, even if it backfires.

For all we know, he hate his statue of Metis (Wolf and Fox Keidran) and by extension, Hate all the Keidran. We can assum he hate more than all his parent (for making him a metis) and that hate of his father and Mother can have make him develop a strong machism and disrespect against female. This is why Nora punish him by turning him into a female, because Clovis is surrounded by guy who have the same disrespect against female. So she add the shame of being a woman (for Clovis) by the danger of getting... Well... Rapped by his own men if is new feminity is discover. And I think it's why he worked with Master Seer who give him a "Mysterious Enchanted Red Magic Stone" that I suspect his a powerfull counter-spell for turning him back into a men... as long has he wore the magic stone.
