Oh look, Rose doesn't suppress Raine's magic so that she can learn how to control her power. Rose is also being honest, and supporting Raine, not just shipping her off for the sake of saving face and one's advancement. Sorry for the rant but I hate Mary for abandoning Raine.

In my mind, Kat actually gets Eric in this AU, Flora and Sythe actually did love each other and had beautiful kids, and Saria never died, and had an opportunity to finish teaching Trace the principals of treating one for who they are rather than what.

Actually, <b>@Sean_Worley</b>, Trace’s mind wasn’t corrupted when Saria was alive, instead just greatly disliking them. He went on the all out killing spree after Saria died. I’m quite certain that the nightmare on page 14 was a memory of a family member’s death, and the reason for his disdain for the Keidran prior to the corrupting moment of his wife’s passing.
