Also, by knocking out one of the doctors in the process, King Adelaide means: “Projectile Childbirth” launching the doctor against the wall. The single pillow meant to catch Maddy was not sufficient. Also, the doctor was her dad, so maybe that’s why we’ve never seen him.

1. During labor women are full of endorphines, hormones giving the same effect as opium, so women are naturally anesthetized; 2. Scientific studies say labor pain is assimilable to (I think in english is) kidney stone, so yes, men can prove the same pain, but without the endorphines; 3. With proper preparation and the right methods, like breathing or focusing (hipnotism), women can halve the pain; 4. Labor DO gives pain, but in the end a woman give birth to a child (or maybe more), and no man can do the same; that’s why I’m so jealous
