Yep. That means a Mormon (Member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints) from Utah (The state just south of Idaho and just north of Nevada that they had to escape to in the 1800s) (Just so people know, that little bit of free time opened up a bit longer, but not enough to story comment)

Futher explanation, Utah is a state know to be the "Mormon State" since it's the state with the bigger Mormon Community. And some of this Mormon are quite... Well... "Patronizing" or "Holy than you" spirit like DarthKeidran said. So, when you call someone "Utah Mormon", this can be Pejorative. And a better explanation for "Why this two girl are mean" is like a Black People from Africa calling a Black people from USA "Domesticate Black" because he is a descendant of the African Slave trade by american and raise in american culture. Or, because Tom have Korean origins, like a Half Korean kids going to school in Korea and being rejected by the other kids because he isn't fully Korean and is born and raised outside of Korea. (the same thing can apply in Japan by the way... Kids are frightening, worst in Skimpy and Chauvinistic country spirits)

Rereading their interaction with Flora it looks like it's mostly the blonde one who's a mean girl. The blonde one laughed at Flora's accent, assumed she was a slave or at least still a pet, and then effectively called her a fake tiger before walking away. The brunette didn't really do much other than agree that Flora had an odd accent (without laughing) and telling her blonde friend that she was being mean. Granted she wasn't very adamant that her friend should stop being mean, but overall I got the impression that it's mostly the blonde being condescending and the brunette going along with it without actually participating herself. Not the best behaviour, but I'd take my chances with the brunette.

Of course I'm not fond of people who follow their lesser behaved friends around without ever calling them out on how they act, but the brunette could still be agreeable when her friend is not taking the lead and being a bad influence. Also given how Keidran approach the topic of sex her bet with her cousin about getting a guard to take his armour off could entirely be in good spirits, whereas the blonde one called the humans disgusting. Ranting aside, they're both hot.
