Greetings from Canada, where some winters it gets to -40. I NEVER wear socks to bed, only time I fall asleep like that is after a long day at work and I just pass out soon as I get home. The answer to cold feet: flat sheet and a nice, warm comforter. Maybe a space heater by your bed if you don't have proper heating in your home.

And here I am, I just sleep in whatever I wore for the day. Socks, pants/jeans, shirt(or 2, if wearing a tee and need a long sleeve undershirt since i hate short sleeves). Taking the time to get undressed before sleeping is just too much effort.... Also requires intent of going to bed instead of just sleeping when body decides to while watching something online.

Well I’m not sure the whole story here. But what ever it is, don’t be hard on your self with it. We all have things that we don’t like about us, that are weakness’s, but that also means we have stuff we are good at. So whenever you feel bad, just look to all the good things, and if you can’t thibk of any, go and make a good thing. In order to have the down moments, that means you had to have gone up somewhere
