I want to make a normal playing card set now. Nora can be the Joker Trace can be the King of Diamonds Flora can be the Queen of Diamonds Kathrin can be the Jack of Hearts (because jack of all trades, and the heart patterns in her fur) Eric can be the King of Hearts (Because that’s what his eyes become when there’s a hot Keidran other than Kat near him (I swear, he’s frickin’ Brock from Pokémon)) Natani can be the King and Queen of Clubs (Natani with chest bindings or outfit on for king and without for queen) Keith can be the Jack of Clubs Zen can be the King of Spades (since he dug himself into a figurative hole that last mission) Red’s the Ace of Diamonds (Since he thinks he’s an ace, and a diamond is closer in shape to a sword. Who else should be who???

I have some ideas on what tarot card characters can be: Grand Templar Trace: The Emperor, Trace: The Fool, Raine: The Magician, Eric: The Hermit, Lady Nora: Judgement , Keith and Laura/Trace and Flora: The Lovers, Clovis: The Devil. I am naming these without context, so im sorry if the cards mean anything different.

Those aren't Tarot fields, though. It could be something like Eric = The Devil or Hierophant, Red = Strength, Maddie = The Fool, etc. We'd have a bit of competition on who gets to be the Lovers, though. Templar!Trace absolutely needs to be The Tower (along with the Templar Tower in the background, obviously).

Tarot cards were originally playing cards, but they eventually got used by fortune tellers because they provide more randomness than, for instance, dice, which were also used for divination. You can still use them to play both their own games and modern card games, though for the latter you need to substitute a few cards and take some away.
