Those poses already play tricks with your body perception if you are a human and "only" feel your legs in places where you didn't imagine they could go. I can't imagine how that would feel if you also have a tail...

Flora looks marvelous of course but the background is also fantastic. Lovely fauna detail and I particularly like the railing and the deck, very well done perspective work.

It's really nicely drawn...I want to draw like that. The lighting is incredible! Also, it figures for Flora to be that flexible-cats do have a great deal of it. Just watch one jumping out of a tree.

It's perfectly possible if you're flexible enough. Think about it this way, she lays face down and bends her knees, her feet are now facing bottoms toward the sky. She then brings her stomach off the ground, bending her back, with her knees still bent, eventually bringing her feet to rest on her head.
