Gotta do the cooking by the book! Because she spent so much time growing up alone in a cabin, young Raine is lacking critical thinking skills kids normally have. Rose is trying to help her. Raine and Rose bake cookies, suggested by RimaDraws!

Yeah, but it trips my OCD tendencies to go off recipe too, so I know how she probably feels here. My wife likes to just throw things in a pot/pan and cook without a recipe, I can't even be in the kitchen when she makes a meal.

reminds me of my problems with more advanced math equations. Change one number or symbol and it is completely different and I am then unable to understand it, A whole new recipe.

This is also part of TwoKinds, just not canon, or partially canon, and read his Twitter post; he's having a hard time writing the next part. Be thankful he's taking the time to write a good story and not just pushing out 'whatever, they'll like it' Kind of the beauty of not being held to a constrictive schedule. Sure he aims to release on certain days, but if something doesn't feel right, feels off, or just doesn't work and needs to be redone, he has the ability and the time to do so.
