My theory is that there is the "date" is a mere formality, Evals knows that Mike is well endowed hence the tail wag. They will likely never leave their meeting place.

All bets are off in this situation. You would think they're already such close friends they'd make a perfect couple. Still, I've known close friends who tried dating, and it was an utter disaster, and they just went back to being friends.
